WomenHeart Selects Digital Division to Bring Its Member Database Online

WomenHeart, The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease, recently turned to Digital Division's nonprofit expertise to bring its member database into the internet age. The database of more than 16,000 records, which is currently kept in an offline system, will be moved to a secure online system so it can be accessed by WomenHeart staff while either in the office or on the road.
The new online system will also save WomenHeart countless staff hours by enabling its members to keep their own personal information updated through a password-protected members-only Web site. This system will increase the value of WomenHeart's programs and services through seamless integration with WomenHeart's new Web site. Using a single login, members will be able to use WomenHeart's popular message board and email newsletters, in addition to member services, and more.
An up-to-date database saves membership organizations time and money by reducing returned mail, providing automated member services, reducing behind-the-scenes paperwork, providing more accurate and timely reporting, and more. Digital Division is happy to provide both WomenHeart's staff and members with a better user experience, and looks forward to completing this project in Fall of 2008.
